Twice a month, you sit down with Aaron for a focused strategy call. Between calls, you have async access to get quick answers, sanity checks, and vendor feedback as things come up.
No filler, no padding. These are working sessions with someone who has been in the weeds on AI implementation and knows what actually works versus what sounds good in a demo.

Do I need to start with the Audit before the Retainer?
Not required, but often recommended. The Audit gives both of us a clear picture of your business before we dive into ongoing strategy work. If you've already done this work internally or with another advisor, we can start straight with the Retainer.

Aaron has the deepest experience in biotech, professional services, and technology-adjacent businesses. That said, AI strategy translates across industries. The workflow assessment approach works whether you run a law firm, a construction company, or a healthcare practice.
Do you do implementation work, or just strategy?
Primarily strategy: helping you make the right decisions, then execute them with your team or with vendors Aaron can recommend. For specific implementation needs, he can point you to the right resources.
How quickly can we get started?
Discovery calls are typically available within a week. The AI Audit begins after a brief intake and scoping process. Coaching Retainers start on the first of the following month.
